MISSION:

In this role, he/she/they will

1. Transform our regional employer attractivity (APAC) through setting up regional governance, policy, and steering key regional KPIs related to

  • Employer Brand Strategy for APAC & Thailand through

>Talent persona identification – create clarity on our key talent profiles

>Online touchpoints in APAC & TH – social media such as Facebook/LinkedIn/careers website, job boards and others

>Offline employer branding touchpoints in APAC & TH – career fair, university branding and others.

  • Create APAC Employer Branding & Market intelligence TH and APAC – provide internal stakeholders (business & HR) the best-in-class practices and insights from outside to drive our employer branding in-country and across region (agencies, partners & job boards )

  • Continuous improvement on TH and APAC internship and early careers initiatives (Top Challenge/Michelin Talent for Supply Chain Factory, Commercial etc.) by enhancing our ways of working between country & central teams to ensure robust external talent pipeline building.

2. Manage daily

  • Monthly Employer Branding Social Media calendar, vendor management of content creation and posting for Thailand , APAC office and support APAC countries

  • Partner business stakeholders, communication and HR APAC community on early careers initiatives and employer branding topics

  • Manage offline employer attractivity agenda TH (university visits where needed) + overview of the attractivity agenda APAC and steer where needed

3 .Collaborate with

HR community (Talent Acquisition, HRBPs/PDP, SP Country, SP Region, C&B)

Business partners (Country leadership teams, Regional leadership teams etc.)

Communication partners (Regional and country comms teams)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required :

  • Obtained a degree in HR/marketing but with strong interest in the people and talent topic to drive attraction of future talent

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in employer branding/marketing or communication

  • Proficiency in social media management, project management

  • Business Proficiency in English and Thai. Any other APAC language is a plus

  • Strong cross-cultural collaboration, agility/determination, resilience and growth mindset

  • Strong creativity/story telling, social media and event management, external partnership

Preferred:

  • Vendor management is a plus  

  • Previous experience in managing university and student events is a plus
