RESULTADOS CLAVE ESPERADOS
Gestión de Pedidos y entregas
• Captura, registra y compromete los pedidos cliente de acuerdo a sus necesidades, acuerdos y nivel de servicio definido
• Propone productos alternativos en caso de no existencia o penuria
• Si es necesario, optimiza, planifica y coordina la entrega con clientes y otros intervinientes

Supervisión de ejecución
• Maneja la cartera de pedidos cliente y supervisa su ejecución
• Hace de enlace con los interlocutores adecuados para asegurar las entregas en plazo y el compromiso de servicio
• Alerta de forma proactiva al cliente en caso de cualquier contratiempo, retraso o fallo en relación con el compromiso de servicio y se compormete en la búsqueda de  una solución para el cliente
• Informa y realiza el seguimiento con clientes

Gestión de peticiones
• Captura peticiones y reclamaciones cliente
• Analiza y porporciona la respuesta adecuada o resuelve el problema
• Contacta,sigue y cierra el bucle con el cliente
• Realiza análisis básicos de causas raíz básicos e implementa acciones correctivas para eliminar recurrencias.
• Comparte problemas recurrentes con los interlocutores internos pertinentes a fin de buscar soluciones

Soporte a las ventas
• Aprovecha las oportunidades de up-sell y cross-sell en respuesta a los pedidos Cliente, peticiones o gestión de portafolio

Aplica y mejora los métodos de trabajo
• Aplica normas y procedimientos (incluyendo reglas de control interno y embargo...).
• Contribuye al progreso continuo para mejorar los métodos de trabajo y la satisfacción del cliente
