RESULTADOS CLAVES ESPERADOS • Se realizan los estudios de factibilidad con los CDC cuestionados y validados, se evalúan las posibles soluciones desde el punto de vista de costes, plazos, riesgos y criterios funcionales. • Los estudios de integración se llevan a cabo en cooperación con la Actividad. • Las solicitudes de cambio, se gestionan según el proceso de DE (Demanda de Evolución). • Implementa el sistema de calidad y métodos de su grupo (análisis de riesgos, FMEA, revisiones de diseño, planificación de la calidad, DTE, tratamiento de NC...). • Se obtienen las recepciones (CI, RF, RC) tras la fase de realización, instalación y arranque, realizadas en colaboración con la Actividad. • Los proyectos de prototipos gestionados por los equipos de desarrollo de procesos reciben apoyo. • Se actualiza el dossier "TQC".
