Operational Marketing Manager Off Highway Transportation Benelux

Role Overview:
Deploy and drive the Go to Market strategy for the Agricultural, Earthmover and Material Handling segment in your territory, ensuring successful product and service launches, communication, share of market growth, delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align marketing plans with business goals and lead go-to-market execution.
  • Analyze data to assess marketing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
  • Launch and follow-up of new product/service offers and support the sales force.
  • Deployment and training in tools for the salesforce  
  • Collaborate with technical, sales, and training teams to ensure market needs are met.
  • Continuously refine tactics and strategies based on feedback and market insights.
  • Define and execute effective communication strategies to selected target groups
  • Organize and execute events and tradeshows

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • C2 level in Dutch, B2 level in English, knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Proven experience in deployment and steering marketing plans and product launches.
  • Experience and/or affinity in working in the Off-Highway environment
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of working experience
