Se aplican buenas prácticas de MMW. • Los resultados de calidad y productividad cumplen los objetivos definidos por el taller. Se aplican los principios de "bueno a la primera". • Se anticipan los riesgos relacionados con la satisfacción del cliente, las características de los productos y los resultados de calidad. Se implementan acciones para reducir riesgos. • Todas las reclamaciones, no conformidades, situaciones no estándares y cambios en los resultados se tratan convenientemente. Se demuestra la eficacia de las acciones implementadas. Las causas de anomalía y los malos resultados se resuelven e integran en el plan de progreso. • Se ha completado la sección de obtención de calidad del plan de progreso.
