Mission:

For the perimeter of companies in France/Benelux under the responsibility of CBS/SP: HR Recruitment Support is the candidate's privileged contact for organizing interviews, drawing up his work contract and following up on signatures, drawing up and following up on the administrative file, up to the validation of the salary slip, in compliance with the company's legislation and regulations.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor's Degree; 
  • Fluency in English and French (at least B2-C1 level); 
  • Problem solving skills and ability to provide level one technical assistance; 
  • Team-worker attitude; Proactivity; 
  • Customer-oriented approach & solution focused.

The HR Recruitment Support will: 

  • Works together with the Recruiters depending on the field;
  • Participate in the weekly organization and status points together with the Recruiters with whom they collaborate;
  • Organize job interviews: J1: contact the candidates by phone and schedule the first online interview through Visio;
  • J2: the physical interview is organized in Clermont Ferrand for a day with various tests with the recruiter, the PDP or the manager;
  • Organize/book the candidates' lunch. It deals with the requests for reimbursement of travel expenses for the purpose of recruitment of the candidates;
  • Manage exchanges with all participants in the recruitment process (recruiters, managers, PDP and others);
  • Manages the employment contract for fixed-term, indefinite-term employment, agents, collaborators and executives: drafts employment contracts and monitors signatures;
  • Prepares and follows up the administrative files;
  • Answer the administrative questions of all the actors involved;
  • Ensuring the administrative management of the hiring process: finalize the administrative part of the employment;
  • Validates the salary slip from the month of employment;
  • Builds and provides answers to all applicants from internal/external partners in coordination with the various actors in the process, in a spirit of service culture.
