RESULTADOS CLAVE ESPERADOS • Métodos y prácticas aplicadoas (comprobación de que el trabajo se ha realizado según los requisitos de seguridad, protección medioambiental, calidad, respeto a las instrucciones, trazabilidad...). • Planes de mantenimiento optimizados (frecuencia respetada, calidad garantizada, análisis y propuesta de mejora, comprobación de si las actividades E se programan sistemáticamente en caso de inspecciones "C"...). • Eficacia de todas las intervenciones (prevención de averías, disponibilidad de repuestos, resolución de defectos en un tiempo optimizado...). • TRS-P mejorado (frecuencia y duración de las averías y paradas preventivas, tiempo de ciclo, tiempo de fallos micro... coherente con los objetivos de cada máquina). • Eficiencia de todas las intervenciones (recursos utilizados, consumo de repuestos, eficiencia energética del equipamiento a largo plazo). • Apoyo a los procesos MDP (análisis de eventos del día anterior, requisitos de briefing 5' tratados o actualizados...). • Se respeta la aplicación de estándares de control total del proceso (MTP) en mantenimiento (procedimientos de bloqueo y desbloqueo). • Control del impacto durante la evolución de los equipamientos (análisis de las consecuencias potenciales de las evoluciones en cuanto a fiabilidad, calidad y eficacia del mantenimiento). • Acompañamiento del trabajo programado del los mantenedores (formación sobre intervenciones técnicas, garantía de aplicación de métodos de mantenimiento, promoción del uso de Bibsolv +, mantenimiento de la conformidad del equipamiento, actualización del archivo técnico y la nomenclatura de componentes...).
