RESULTADOS CLAVE ESPERADOS Impulso del proceso de planes de mantenimiento (creación, mejora, impacto de la eficacia...). • Cumplimiento del proceso (dominio de EP, calidad, sostenibilidad). • El equipo de fiabilidad asiste a los sectores de TEC en las iniciativas de fiabilidad y las necesidades de nivel 3 de mantenimiento. • Métodos (BMA, FMEA, Bibsolv+...), score cards equilibradas, existencia y uso de indicadores. • Mejoras TRS para cuellos de botella, optimización de costes de mantenimiento, reducción de inventario de piezas, reducción de consumo. • Competencias técnicas y de métodos para el personal TEC. • Definición y mejora de los estándares de máquinas aplicables a la función TEC para todos los dominios SMQDC. • Garantía de la actividad, calidad de mantenimiento en una dinámica de progreso. • Sostenibilidad e integración de la fiabilidad en el hardware existente o nuevo. • Plan de sustitución para componentes y sistemas obsoletos (coordina este plan con sectores y RTA).Inspire Motion for Life: Apply Today!
