MISSION:
Organize logistics planning and shipping operations in accordance with the commitments made to customers, seeking the optimal balance between service level, costs and stocks.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Plan and optimize loads according to delivery dates, degree of compliance and customer requirements.
  • Analyzes and treats anomalies.
  • Organizes transportation (chartering and slot reservation) according to needs.
  • Ensures availability and regulatory compliance of all transportation, billing and customs documents.
  • Validates purchase invoices and resolves discrepancies.
  • Monitors the execution of deliveries to ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.
  • Proactively alerts customers of any events, delays or errors related to the service commitment, and seeks a solution for the customer.
  • Applies corrective actions to the applications involved.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement by improving work methods, results and customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • +1 year of experience in international trade activities (export).
  • English – Advanced
  • Excel – Basic
