Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, identifying, recruiting and integrating talents in line with the needs and ambitions expressed by the Group entities within the desired timeframe. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure positions are filled promptly and in alignment with the professional and behavioral competencies required by managers and Proximity Development Partners (HRBP), adhering to the Group’s diversity guidelines.
Enhance the Company's attractiveness through Employer Branding and sourcing plans to attract suitable applications for targeted talents, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Implement all stages of the recruitment process in compliance with local legislation, Personnel department internal directives, and six policies, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Define target schools and execute related action plans for attracting targeted talents, including internships and work-study contracts.
Account for external trends and internal challenges in managing the recruitment process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation.
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field.
Fresh graduate or experience 1-3 years of proven experience as a recruiter and preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Certification in HR is a plus.
Excellent Required language(s): Good in communication both writing and speaking in English (CEFR: B2)
Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java
Skills and competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with social media recruiting and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
