KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Ensure reliability by implementing & sustaining of the Predictive maintenance (PdM) programmes    and strategies.
• Expertise in Reliability Analysis to guide the PdM function in all plants.
• Measuring and Analyzing the reliability of the machinery / equipment
• Implementing, sustaining reliability improvement projects by using comprehensive and professional Reliability analytical tools. 
• Perform Reliability analysis techniques of data to increase Asset Reliability.
• Professionally and systematically define, design, develop, monitor and optimize the Maintenance Cost/ Inventory of plants.
• Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• BSc. Engineering Degree/ National Diploma in Technology or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ of relevant experience in Reliability Engineering
• Qualification in MLA1, MLT1, Vibration level II, Thermography level II will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala and good interpersonal relationship skills;
