• Product delivery is optimized and accelerated by:
• Prevention of operational problems that slow down product delivery
• Dependency management with external contributors (suppliers, experts...)
• Monitoring and sharing the health of projects such as progress, quality and performance

Team Lead & Scrum Master - NRI Up to L
Main activities:
- Delivery management : animation of the team, engagement garantee in term of quality, budget, perimeter of the project.
- Faciliitation between squad and external dependency during the sprint
- Ensure the agile methology
- Problem resolution : risk anticipation, Follow the progress to meet the engagement
- Ensure squad performance : management of the sprint backlog and sprint engagement, follow up KPI of execution during the sprint (burndown chart)
- Help of the roadmap constructio in collaboration with delivery leader and product owners
- Animate the plannification & priorisation meeting with Product owners
- Communication and reporting about the sprints & the projects
- Functionnal understanding to work with Product Owners & Product architects
